Our Services
Three ways to work together — each one built for a different point in your family's journey.
From a first conversation about values to a full review of your business, we offer structured engagements that fit where your family actually is — not where a framework says you should be.

How every engagement is conducted
Every Guatavita engagement follows the same underlying approach: we begin by listening, we structure a process that fits the family's situation, and we close with a document that belongs entirely to the client.
We do not use pre-built questionnaires or standard diagnostic tools as a substitute for careful conversation. Our sessions are designed around what we hear in the first exchange with each family — what they are hoping for, what they are uncertain about, and what has made the question difficult to address until now.
All our work is conducted under written confidentiality agreements, and any documents produced remain the property of the client family.
Initial exchange
A brief conversation — by phone or in person — to understand your situation and confirm that our work is a good fit.
Scope and format agreed
We discuss which service suits your needs, the number of sessions, who should participate, and what the final document will contain.
Facilitated sessions
We conduct the agreed sessions with all relevant family members, creating space for each person's contribution.
Document and handover
We draft the agreed output — charter, plan, or study — reviewed by the family before it is finalized and handed over.
